Have just had our third annual service done. The first year, what came out of our units was staggering. The second year , the quality of the work done the year was very evident. Nowhere near the rubbish we saw the first time and the mould issue was hardly evident. This year, again there was very little mould evident and the work was done quickly and effectively. The professionalism demonstrated by Debi Kerr is first rate. The real question is not should my units be serviced. It is can I afford not to have them serviced. Definitely not expensive and money well spent.

Highly recommend Sanitair. The technician Dan was professional and thorough, removing a large build-up of mould and residue from my air conditioner and disinfecting the coils. The unit is now working much better and the service was excellent value. Definitely worth it.
