When you interact with our customer service channels, including our automated AI receptionist telephone service, we may collect:

- Your contact phone number and location or service address
- Call audio recordings, summaries and text transcripts generated during your conversation.
Purpose of Collection and Use
We collect this data strictly for the primary purposes of calling you back, providing service information or making a booking with your local Sanitair technician. We use an automated AI system to assist in capturing this information accurately and efficiently so we can arrange your service promptly.
Data Protection and Third Parties
Your privacy is paramount to Sanitair Australia. We never share, sell or rent your personal details with any third parties for marketing, advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.
- Service Providers and Licensees: Your data is only shared with authorised technical service providers (such as our AI telephony platform provider) acting strictly as data processors on our behalf and the specific Sanitair Australia technician or franchisee assigned to fulfill your booking. They are contractually restricted from using, sharing or keeping your data for any purpose other than delivering our call-back and booking services.
