Have never before had my heat pump serviced so thoroughly than I had by Dylan from Sanitair. He took out all screws & panels & cleaned & vacuumed until all traces of dust was removed. He then sprayed the unit to deter any mould from growing. Dylan moved swiftly but was still customer friendly. I haven't used this company before but I can fully recommend to everyone who uses heat pumps/air conditioners to use Sanitair. I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Dylan, it truly was a pleasure to meet you.

I had my air conditioner cleaned yesterday by Joe from Sanitair Canberra South. Joe was punctual, friendly, and very professional in doing his job efficiently. I told him about my concern as an Asthma sufferer, and he assured me that he only uses a friendly, non chemical solutions. Joe did an amazing job and he showed me the black water in the bucket that clearly showed how dirty the air conditioner was. Now I have a fresh smelling air coming out of the air conditioner instead of that musty, yucky smell!! Thanks Joe and Sanitair for a job well done! I will surely recommend Sanitair to family and friends.
