Sanitair Australia’s CEO holds Qualifications in HVAC and Engineering and is a Member of AIRAH (the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating). Craig has a Masters Degree in Business from Southern Cross University, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Affiliate Member of The Australian Marketing Institute and is a Certified Master Coach of the ICC (International Coaching Council).
A multiple business award winner, Craig’s vast business and coaching experience together with his education not only guide the day to day operations but the overall strategic direction of Sanitair. Craig heads up a talented team that are all committed to ensuring the continued delivery of Sanitair’s Award-winning HVAC Hygiene services and outstanding customer service.
For over 25 years Craig has been passionate about improving indoor air quality and educating the public and private sectors to the dangers of microbiological contamination in HVAC systems with a focus on packaged split systems which was largely being ignored by the industry. Craig is personally involved in the education and training of every Sanitair technician.
Juliana is at the helm of managing the daily administration and ensuring compliance within Sanitair. Certified by the Australian College of Environmental Studies as a qualified Mould Testing Technician, her expertise extends to a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, with ongoing studies toward a Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA). With over 30 years of comprehensive experience encompassing front office management, reception duties, bookkeeping, and customer service, Juliana brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her extensive background is particularly invaluable to new franchisees embarking on their entrepreneurial journey for the first time, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
As the primary liaison for Sanitair, Keisha stands as the initial point of contact for our franchise. Having joined our team in January 2019, Keisha holds a Certificate IV in Business and boasts over six years of extensive office experience, particularly within the franchise sector. Her unwavering dedication to excellence, coupled with a remarkable track record of accomplishments, underscores her unparalleled expertise in administrative management. Keisha is renowned for her commitment to delivering exceptional, quality-focused customer service, a cornerstone of her professional ethos.
Tegan became an integral part of Sanitair in January 2021, stepping into the role of Customer Service Officer. In her capacity, Tegan plays a pivotal role in identifying and addressing the diverse needs of our valued customers. With her unwavering dedication, Tegan ensures that every interaction, whether with existing patrons or potential clients, is marked by a seamless and consistently positive experience.
