Sanitair Australia’s CEO, Craig, brings extensive qualifications in HVAC and Engineering and is a proud member of AIRAH (Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating). He holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Southern Cross University, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, an Affiliate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute, and a Certified Master Coach with the International Coaching Council.
A multiple business award winner, Craig combines his vast business and coaching expertise with his formal education to guide both the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Sanitair. Under his leadership, our talented team remains dedicated to delivering award-winning HVAC hygiene services and outstanding customer care.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Craig is passionate about improving indoor air quality and raising awareness of the dangers of microbiological contamination in HVAC systems—particularly in packaged split systems, a critical area often overlooked by the industry. He is personally involved in the education and training of every Sanitair technician, ensuring the highest standards across our network.
Juliana is at the helm of managing the daily administration and ensuring compliance within Sanitair. Certified by the Australian College of Environmental Studies as a qualified Mould Testing Technician, her expertise extends to a Graduate Diploma in Accounting, with ongoing studies toward a Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA). With over 30 years of comprehensive experience encompassing front office management, reception duties, bookkeeping, and customer service, Juliana brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her extensive background is particularly invaluable to new franchisees embarking on their entrepreneurial journey for the first time, offering guidance and support every step of the way.
