Phil is very accommodating and always goes above and beyond. He alerts you to any issues and always gives a solution, during the last service he found the isolator switch casing had come off and helped secure it so it wasn’t an electrical hazard

He patiently answered all my questions upfront and, instead of upselling, assessed each of my six aircon units and advised that only two needed a premium clean while the rest just required a standard service.
