I used Brian from Sanitair Brisbane North West for regular cleaning/maintenance on my split system air conditioners. Him and his team were fast, efficient and friendly. Brian quickly checked all four of my air conditioners but only did work on two of them as he was honest and advised that cleaning of the other two was not required. Great value for money and highly recommended. I will definitely be using Brian for all my future air conditioning repairs and maintenance.

Brian was brilliant - having used other companies, I was shocked when he showed me what they had left behind - it looked as though my units had never been cleaned. What I saw once the job was done properly was amazing. And when one of my units continued to drip a little after his visit, Brian was back the next day, to take another look and fix it up.

David did a fantastic job cleaning our mouldy air con split system in the unit we just bought. Punctual, efficient and great attention to detail, leaving no mess. I appreciate the care he went through getting it back into shape. The air is noticeably cleaner and the mouldy urine smell has gone now. Highly recommended. I’ve already set a calendar reminder to get David back next year!

I've used David's service a few times now. Always does a great job and provides great customer service. Ontime (well respectfully early), checks you're happy before he leaves. Polite, friendly and very respectful of other people and their property. Asking if he can use, move or touch things. Checking there are no pets and can he leave a gate open. Not to mention the systems I've had him clean were horribly dirty and when he was done worked a lot better.

I called David three days ago after discovering mould in three of our split systems. I asked for him to come out the earliest possible time to clean them as I was quite worried about the one in our bedroom, especially as our baby sleeps in our room at night. He booked me in for today, a Sunday (which was unexpected but extremely welcome), checked in yesterday to confirm, and arrived very punctually. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and effectively with no mess at all left behind. I can say that all systems are running amazingly well after his cleaning. His attention to detail is perfect. I cannot recommend his services enough. He was very friendly too, my son loved chatting back and forth as work was being done.
