Brian and Jeremiah attended my property to clean and sanitize 2 air-conditioning units. They were running slightly late, but called in advance to advise me of their delay and then proceeded to clean the units. Both men were professional and courteous in their interactions with me and I could highly recommend them.

Would recommend Darren in a heartbeat! Arrived bang on time, did a stellar cleaning job on both of my AC's. My older bigger unit was in dire need of service and Darren did a first class job - it runs like new now. Not only were the rates super competitive but received handy tips on how to maintain and keep my units in tip top condition. Suffice to say I'm now a return customer.

Did aircon wash in sydney. The wash and service was seems fine and friendly at first. He even stressed that the spray has 1year warranty against mould. Kept showing us the dirty water after. I can see why this clean can easily impress many, not hard... we did 3 units for $420 not cheap. However, after clean, that night i still am able to smell bit of that familiar mould odour in one of the unit. I wait for week or so to be sure. I text the service person, since this is big Co and he seems really nice.. however, without even speaking to me on phone he says that all units are wash as standard and same.. and tell me to go ask my aircon manufacture??? Its very typical chinese pending answer, I was quite shock, since he was really friendly before. I call sanitair and they says the 1 year warranty is when u can see mould appear not smell??.. but they get him to call later to speak with me, but not to find out what the problem was.. He called to insist that his wash was done well, and every aircon has its own smell and its just one of those unexplain smell... i told him its very clear its the same smelly mouldy odour we had before the wash.. .. Its not a cheap clean or small company. When he just go straight out to insist its just my aircon smell. Shouldn’t he access the aircon first or do another wash to proof it before doing that claim? The price alone should warrant a 2nd clean on that one unit if customer complained that the mould smell is still lingers. I am not trying to get freebie or anything else i would have ask to clean all 3. But its my son’s bedroom and its that mould he is breathing in.

Tony, thank you for sending Andrew to clean and service our 5 airconditioners. One being over 15 years old. I explained that some have a wet rag smell coming out of them when on. He listened , tested temperatures on machines and carried out his work as explained in your website. I had the premium clean for all. He was fabulous. I am so happy. Everything went well. He left the place clean, and after turning on and off each one to check, the lovely smell coming out was refreshing. No more wet smell, and I just feel air cleaner etc. The very old conditioner looks so much better, and he spent time with a very fine brush to clean the mould of hard areas to get to. Thank you and please contact us in 12months for cleaning again...
