I was very impressed with Hayden right from our first contact on the phone. His manner was courteous, professional, and informative. He and his wife arrived punctually and we're straight into cleaning the a/c. Neither were put off by the terrible state of my a/c and we're happy to put in more time and effort because, as he said; "I like to the job properly, it doesn't matter if it takes a bit more time." When my partner came home and tried out the a/c, she could tell the difference immediately. The air was cleaner and stronger, whereas before you could barely tell it was operating. I would recommend Sanitair to anyone without hesitation. Thanks guys.

Wade from Sanitair Midwest & Gascoyne did an excellent job on thoroughly and efficiently cleaning my air conditioner. The aircon had developed a noticeable mouldy smell after the recent high humidity so it was a good to know that the unit was safe to use again. I would happily recommend this service to anyone having similar concerns with their air conditioners.

What an honest, genuine, hard working couple! My family and I just moved in to this house and neither A/C unit had ever been cleaned, they were both filthy, partially blocked up, and had mold throughout. I was very impressed with the knowledge and advice regarding maintenance to ensure longevity of the units. The quality of the job itself was also exceptional, both units are now sparkly clean and smell fantastic. I 100% recommend Sanitair Coffs Coast to anyone needing their air con cleaned. David was also helpful with explaining anything process related in good detail when asked. Great service and great experience.

Got contacted to service aircon with mould problem. Mould still visible after cleaning. Technician said this is normal for his work standard. ADDED REPLY: The technician had the same aggressive, defensive attitude as the owner, I can see it's a company culture. Instead of reflection and doing a better job, they think they can intimidate and discredit the customer. People nowadays have more than one email account and if you take into consideration that more than one person in the household, would you have everyone's name and email? They're just using the 'not on my record' excuse to worm their way out of responsibility. Shame

Terrible job of cleaning. Used only toothbrush. Mould still visible. Technician said is normal. Unprofessional. Added in reply: Just because this is not same email or full name used for booking doesn't mean this is FAKE REVIEW. Also shouting doesn't make problems or mould go away. The fact is your Chatswood technician did only use toothbrush and left my aircon looking as per photo after he left.

I called on Thursday to see if I could book my aircon in for a service, very quick an responsive he was able to book me in the next afternoon, on arrival he showed me all the build up in my aircon. Also took time to show me where my condensation hose was located. I would highly recommend this business to my friends an family
