I've never used your Service before but will most definitely recommend your Northern Rivers Company far & wide. Wayne was happy to explain every step while cleaning my Air-Conditioner which was apparently, very clogged up. Having just moved to Alstonville and into my unit earlier this year, I had no idea of its history. Pointing at my ceiling fan nearby and its accumulation of dust, Wayne made me aware of the fact, that it would unfortunately affect the air-con straight after the service. Mentioning that I suffer from the consequences of a huge operation and additional extensive radiation treatment of head, neck, oral & lymphatic cancer, your generous Employee didn’t hesitate to wipe it down in a 2-minute action which would have taken me much longer, leaving me in pain. Service & compassion like that is hard to find these days and I hope you’ll pad Wayne on the back for it … Being the leader & connected to 2/4 Cancer Support Groups in Ballina, its Members travelling from a rather wide radius, I will most certainly put the word out for them to also maintain healthy cool air during the hot season coming up … I’d be happy to give out flyers if you have any. I think you can tell by now, that I am one happy customer … Thank You

Clint was courteous and extremely professional. I have had our AC units cleaned by other companies in the past, but none have taken apart the unit and spent the time to clean it out as diligently and as detailed as Clint does. He spent more time cleaning 1 unit than the others did on all 3 of our AC units!!! I cannot fault his work. 110% recommended.
