Martin & Chelsea were very personable, courteous, friendly, helpful & so professional & knowledgeable about my Aircon & Aircooler. They covered my furniture to protect it & cleaned & serviced both in a very efficient & competent manner & even detected an issue with my Aircooler that I wasn't aware of & kindly fixed that also. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Both my Aircon & Aircooler are working so much more efficiently now, are less noisy & so much cooler. The online booking process was so easy & then they promptly contacted me to book a day & time to come & sent a friendly reminder the day before. They communicated so politely & well with me on the day, both just before they arrived & again after to thank me for choosing their business & to check if I was happy with the service. It was affordable & having the Eftpos payment option was great too. I was extremely happy & impressed with the high quality & professional customer service that Martin & Chelsea provided & from this experience, it was obvious to me that they care & are passionate about offering their customers an excellent & personalised service. As someone with lung issues, it's so reassuring to know that I will now be breathing in much cleaner & healthier air thanks to their expertise. I will definitely be using their business again in the future & would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you Martin & Chelsea for doing such an outstanding job.

Darren is a gentleman and a professional, we've had two split system serviced and cleaned by him now and not only has he been a pleasure to deal with but the difference in our system before and after has been night and day!!! They run quieter, cooler and hotter. It feels like they're brand new. I'm actually looking forward to getting him out to clean them again in 12 months. If you aren't getting your split system cleaned by Darren get on it now!

I am extremely happy with the work carried out by Martin and Chelsea today on my 4 split system air conditioners. They were on time, professional and very friendly. They only carried out the work required and didn’t try to up sell me to a premium clean on all my air conditioners when it wasn’t required. I found the price very reasonable and my air conditioners are now mould free and smelling great. Would highly recommend them!

Totally recommend these guys. All my Aircon’s are now back to running like brand new! Didnt realise just how hard Aircons were working, and omg how grossly dirty they were inside! Even tho I clean filters I couldn’t believe the mould and grossness inside grills and coils which you can’t get to and can’t really see…but breathing it!!! Had main 4 Aircon’s deep cleaned and 2 medium clean. Jacob was great and girls in office really responsive and friendly. First time had Aircon’s cleaned and won’t be last time I use them. Super quick and easy booking process and quick appointment. These guys have been great from the start. Our technician turned up to start the process of cleaning all our airconditioners' and the whole time he was here maintained a happy attitude, friendly and polite, and never stopped for a second, really efficient. He even advised me that one of the units, which is hardly ever used, only needed a (cheaper) minor clean rather than the full service I had booked!!! He has done a perfect job and I could not be happier. I would recommend to anyone. Jerimiah you are a star!!!! Each unit looks and smells like new
