So happy with Sanitair. They are very accommodating, flexible, efficient and the office staff easy to talk to. More importantly Michael did a great job in making my aircons healthy again the air in Cairns suburbs near a main road mixed with humid weather can be stank. Brian was fantastic, love the results and I highly recommend his business! Very professional, well equipped and did a fantastic job. Incredibly thorough, and detail oriented, he really cared about doing a good job. Explained everything, and knew what he was doing. He was careful of everything around as he got the ACs sparkly and super clean.

A huge miscommunication along the line meant that I had the incorrect air con cleaned (they in fact cleaned the one I was completely replacing). Company refused to come back and clean the correct one, even though I specified which one to do in the initial booking. Will never use their services again.
