We didn't realise we had to get our aircond clean and never had it clean since we moved in. I contacted Sanitair (Darren) and he fit me in for an aircond clean. He was very careful with my new blinds which sat just underneath the aircond and he took extreme care to ensure floors were protected from the dust etc. My aircond is now so clean (like new) and have a nice scent. Darren is such a pleasure to deal with and I will not hesitate to recommend the service to my friends and family.

Not only did David do a great job cleaning my 2 split systems, but he is the kindest person as well. Both my units had mould, dirt and dust in it and now they are all clean and smelling fresh. Very happy!!!

Im a little bit disappointed because I paid for the premium clean and was expecting a thorough clean that included the outside condenser, but they just looked at it and went "oh its already pretty clean". I feel like if you pay for a service, you should do everything listed for that service. Other than that, they were very friendly and cleaned the inside unit well. Edit: these are the nests. Of COURSE I would have sprayed them while you were here if you'd offered to clean it, Im not gonna go putting people at risk. But you didnt offer (you just stated it was "already pretty clean), so I didnt go spraying while you were here and actually assumed Id be paying for the service that didnt include the outside unit.

**** 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND *** I don't normally leave reviews, but Sanitair did such a great job with our air conditioner, it was hard not to. My air conditioner was serviced by a local "Cowboy" in the Bundaberg area less than 2 months ago. They did a less than acceptable job. I just had Philip from Sanitair Fraser Coast come today and service my unit. Such a massive difference in workmanship and professionalism. Let alone he was cheaper than the said "Cowboy". He also cleaned up alot that was left over from the previous clean. I couldn't be more happier from Philip's customer service, he was very thorough with his clean. I really appreciate Philip's honesty, advice, knowledge and experience. He was clean and tidy, and had the upmost respect for our home. My only regret is that I didn't get Sanitair to start with. Keep up the great work Philip, we will definitely be recommending you to everyone we know.
