I only started using Sanitair for our school air conditioners recently, but I'm extremely glad I did. The mess that came out of the units was terrible, and the all the teachers working within the various spaces they have treated so far have raved about them. Trent and Elisa are very professional, and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend using them, and you will also wonder why you never did before.

I had the system serviced a week or 2 before getting it cleaned, pointing out to the service guy that there was a smell.. His exact words "there was no mould". Smell persisted. The second that Mahen did any investigation at all, it was very clear that not only was there mould, but a fair bit. Since cleaning, the mould is gone as is the funky smell. I'll definitely be coming back for future cleanings, and have already recommended Sanitair (and specifically Mahen) to several people.

Happy with service, competent service and happy to explain what the service entailed. Use citric acid to clean, smells pleasant. No issues working inside and takes into account if you are on a pension with the price.
