Napoleon is just fantastic. Please know that this is not a fake review. I live in Mt Hawthorn. Napoleon has been cleaning my split systems since 2018. He is so thorough with his cleans. I regularly wash the filters etc but was amazed at how much dirt etc was in the actual system. Scary really! Napoleon is a very kind professional without judgment. He can also be trusted to be honest. For example, I asked him about another split system in my house to be cleaned and he said that it was ok to leave it at the moment and check next time. I HIGHLY recommend Napoleon. I would give 10 stars if I could.

May I say what a professional and well presented company from start to finish. Communication between the company and myself was unbelievable and true to thier word. Sanitair Brisbane west have been my split system air conditioning cleaners for years now. I was first given their name by my GP Specialist to ensure I had no mould circulating in my home, he also used sanitair for his clinic and home. I don’t react to the cleaning solutions and there is no strong overwhelming smell afterwards which I know is an issue for some other aircon cleaning companies as I have friends who are customers of theirs. The cleaners are highly skilled and efficient - they are always courteous and respectful of your home and contents. They never leave a mess and always go above and beyond to make sure the cleaning is thorough and will exceed our expectations. I’ve never had a bad experience. There’s a lot out there on the market but this is the company I trust to make sure my aircons are efficient in summer, no blocked pipes, and no mould in them.
