After contacting 4 companies to try to get an urgent booking, Deb was the only one who followed up and had us booked in within 24 hours. After the clean, it looked brand new and the air smelt amazing too. Deb was helpful, prompt and friendly and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her. Will definately be booking with sanitair again for our next clean. Very impressed.

The containment of the dirty water, and thoroughness of cleaning was impressive. Napoleon left everything tidy afterwards and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Have just had our third annual service done. The first year, what came out of our units was staggering. The second year , the quality of the work done the year was very evident. Nowhere near the rubbish we saw the first time and the mould issue was hardly evident. This year, again there was very little mould evident and the work was done quickly and effectively. The professionalism demonstrated by Debi Kerr is first rate. The real question is not should my units be serviced. It is can I afford not to have them serviced. Definitely not expensive and money well spent.
