Steven accommodated my multiple appointment changes without complaint and arrived on time and was very professional. He did a really thorough job of cleaning my aircon unit and ensured my furniture was covered and protected. He also custom mixed the mould prevention solution to cater for my fragrance allergies. Steven was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend his services.

I believed they did a good job but I had another aircon company come and clean the same Aircon cleaned prior (not used in between) and a lot of mold and rubbish came out, and the roller fan was filthy and needed an enzyme cleaner and a scrub. They finish their clean with a really stinky air freshener spray to make it "Smell" clean - which triggered my chemical sensitivity. Yes they are polite but they need more attention to detail. I will no longer use them as the trust is gone now.
