Easy and fast to book in, and get the service done. The team was very friendly and professional. They only needed to know where the tap and the sink was to do their job. I was a bit worried about the furniture or beds as they are very close to the Aircons but they had plastic mats to protect everything around the work area and special ones to cover the Aircons while doing the service. They answered all my questions and explained important information about the maintenance and some products that they use to confirm I was ok with them. I was very impressed, they were very fast, very clean , very professional. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Dan to anyone who needs their split system cleaned! He came out within a few hours notice and educated us on what was going on with our split system - she was very overdue for a clean. Looks absolutely brand new now - and old odour is gone! Thankyou Dan! 5 stars!

Napoleon is just fantastic. Please know that this is not a fake review. I live in Mt Hawthorn. Napoleon has been cleaning my split systems since 2018. He is so thorough with his cleans. I regularly wash the filters etc but was amazed at how much dirt etc was in the actual system. Scary really! Napoleon is a very kind professional without judgment. He can also be trusted to be honest. For example, I asked him about another split system in my house to be cleaned and he said that it was ok to leave it at the moment and check next time. I HIGHLY recommend Napoleon. I would give 10 stars if I could.
