Highly recommended. It's surprising how much of a difference this service makes to your air conditioner. After cleaning, it feels like a new unit. It efficiently blows cold again, with no musty smells. David is punctual and professional, explaining all steps in the cleaning process, testing the unit when he's finished, and leaving the place as clean as he found it.

Can’t fault the service at all! It was an educative experience for us as well, as we’ve been having our units ‘serviced’ for years, and not once has anyone done such a thorough clean... I was gobsmacked at how much mould ours had been harbouring! Cannot emphasise how important this service is really, and how lovely everything smells now. Clint from Sanitair SUTHERLAND is a fantastic operator, so efficient, I couldn't believe the gunk that came out (black mold) I had been really congested and so sick from the invisible spores for over 2 weeks before I found the terrible black mold on the filters, I cleaned the filters but it goes deeper than that as it grows in the fins & inside the Unit we can not get to. My AC is running so good now and peace of mind to know he has completely eradicated the mold. It truly pays to have your air conditioner cleaned professionally by Clint annually. I will be educating my friends on my experience and recommending/drilling them to do an annual clean with Sanitair. Thanks Clint, I can now breath again! Jack Stone - An extremely happy customer..
