Scott & Tania did a great job on both air-conditioners - careful and thorough - and they went above and beyond what anyone could expect by reconnecting a set of oscillating airflow vanes and replacing a few corroded screws with s/s ones. Thank you.

I believed they did a good job but I had another aircon company come and clean the same Aircon cleaned prior (not used in between) and a lot of mold and rubbish came out, and the roller fan was filthy and needed an enzyme cleaner and a scrub. They finish their clean with a really stinky air freshener spray to make it "Smell" clean - which triggered my chemical sensitivity. Yes they are polite but they need more attention to detail. I will no longer use them as the trust is gone now.

I had no idea what a difference cleaning reverse cycle airconitioners makes. Using half the power for twice the warmth now. Robert was on site on time everytime...highly recommend.
