I can highly recommend Robert from Sanitair. Robert was on time and did an amazing job cleaning our heatpump and even explaining what was being done to clean the unit. Robert even spent time on sharing a few tips on how to get best use out of the heat pump which was appreciated. Our Heatpump is certainly working more efficient after the clean. Robert was very professional, friendly and the pricing was as quoted. If you have a heatpump I certainly recommend giving Robert from Sanitair a call.

(Update 4 Star) After talking to head office and sorting out what happened with my previous experience I was given a free aircon clean with a different technican, Steven. He was on time and did an excellent job! Will be going back to Steven again. (Initially 1 Star) Service guy was over 4 hours late and couldn't even make it in the 3 hour window they give when you book. Didnt give a reason as to why and just told me to rebook later. I told him not to bother showing up as he can't even stick to a 3 hour booking window.
