My air conditioner had the premium clean. David is punctual and courteous. Explained what he is doing every step of the way. Left the surroundings tidy and dry after the clean. Had a very good experience with Sanitiar recently. Their technician came on time and was very accommodating and thorough. We had recently moved into our property and the air conditioning unit, although clean at first glance, didn't seem to be running as well as it could and smelled a little stale when heating. I called Sanitiar, they were able to book in a visit with John the following week. Our air conditioning unit now runs beautifully and we have peace of mind knowing it is clean, using less energy to run and free from harmful bacteria/smells.

As you can see from all the other enthusiastic reviews, I couldn't rate David highly enough for his professionalism, friendliness, clarity and speed of communication and reasonable price. He deserves six stars. David clearly takes pride in his work, as well he should. He did a great job and kept me updated on his progress - there was a lot of black goo in those units to clean out! Happy to recommend his service to anyone.

Mahen cleaned 2 of our units. He was prompt, personable, very tidy and honest. We had originally booked 3 units in for cleaning, Mahen inspected the 3rd unit and explained it did not require cleaning and would be a waste of our money doing it. Would recommend Mahen who services Bayside/Penninsula to anyone needing air conditioning cleaning.
