It's a pity Todd is no longer running the Townsville franchise, he seemed polite and helpful when I spoke to him, even went out of his way to quickly unblock a drain for me seperate to doing the organised full clean as he didn't have time to do a full clean straight away. Unfortunately he didn't end up doing the contracted work as he left the franchise. The new franchise owner expects money up front by sending you an invoice before completing the job. He asked me why I hadn't paid for the job? Because you haven't done it yet!!! He then asked if I could pay over the phone with credit card as soon as he finished it. I missed the txt message at work and he decided to move onto another job and not attend. 7 days to pay on his invoice but wants the money 5 days before doing the work. Avoid this business, the bloke running it in Townsville screams dodgy operator. I wanted to do several rental properties but will look elsewhere now.

I have just had my split system air-conditioner cleaned for the first time by Matt and he also cleaned my next door neighbours Dale Campbell. We are both extremely happy with the results and how courteous and careful he was with protecting our furniture etc. He explained everything we asked about what he was doing and he showed us the before and after - boy what a difference. We will be definitely booking in for our air-con services next year. Will recommend your Company to other family members for sure.

Booked a service because of the good reviews here. Be aware of the prices stated on website. They do not stick to the advertised prices. David showed up and asked for more than the agreed quote ($159 premium service). Completely understand if you need to charge extra, but please disclose this before you show up at the door. Waste of everyone's time. Edit: with regards to the owner's response, the unit number was given prior. At no point did you mention the quoted price was subject to change. I said I was happy to pay extra and go ahead with the job, given that you were already there, however you said you were tired and couldn't be bothered carrying your equipment up the stairs. You walked out. Your attitude was appalling and there is no excuse for it. I'm sure other people have received good service, but my experience with David was poor.

I had to reschedule from a weekday to a Sunday which Hari happily accepted without any hesitation. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me step by step on how my air-con was being serviced and what he is servicing. Air-con runs like it is brand new once again.
