I researched 3 businesses before engaging Sanitair. Bobby was very knowledgeable in educating me on how air cons work and best settings to use. I even got to meet the CEO on my job, he enjoys engaging in the field with his employees, a sign of any good boss. As a health professional who sets up hygiene systems for mine sites, I was most impressed with the professionalism, passion and knowledge. Exceptional education on how it all works, and impressive high standard of work practices. We called Sanitair to clean our split system A/C in the lounge room. David (Sanitairs representative) arrived on time and was a very pleasant and extremely professional man. He did a wonderful job and we could not believe the amount of dirt/mould that he removed. The system is running like new, very quiet and no smells what so ever. Darren from Sanitair performed a clean on an old split system I have that had never been cleaned. It was filthy, and now looks and smells brand new. Darren provided a level of service that exceeded expectations, and is very honest, courteous and professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Darren had the opportunity to charge me for my second split system that is a year old but instead gave it a quick check/once over. I'll be doing a premium clean on that unit next Spring and Darren will be getting my repeat business moving forward.
