Had David Chen from Sanitair Chatswood come and clean my two indoor units and my one outdoor unit. Very friendly, extremely professional - communicated what he'd do, what to expect and even asked if I was okay with the use of certain cleaning products before using them. I live in a small single bedroom apartment. He checked out sources of water and considered where best to clean the detachable pieces to minimize the risk of wetting things. When he finished, my space was exactly how it was beforehand - just with fresh smelling air con units. He was conscious of COVID considerations like distancing, mask wearing and was vaccinated - which made me feel comfortable and speaks to his commitment and professionalism. He was also okay with my overly curious cat that was constantly trying to check out what was going on haha. A++ highly recommended

David was excellent all round. Kept me in the loop re timing, then arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning my 2 reverse cycle split system wall units. There was lots of mould, dust & grease that he removed. Carpets & walls protected with special drop sheets & casing around the units. My home was spotless after he finished, no mess left, Both units are running much colder now too. Could not recommend David highly enough.

My local Sanitair tech Steve B (Shoalhaven NSW) just did our split system. He was a really friendly, cheery bloke, who did a fantastic job! Turned up on time, worked tidily and left no mess whatsoever. The difference before and after is night and day! It looks and runs (and smells!) like a brand new unit! The fragrance left by the cleaning products and coil treatment is great! I know I'll be getting mine done more often now! I would thoroughly recommend this service.

David turned up on time and was super friendly and informative with how the process works with cleaning the units. David took great care with making sure the house stayed clean and ensured a thorough clean was done on all units I am extremely happy with his service and taking that extra step to make sure the house was clean on his exist made me very happy, his customer service skills are amazing. Do not hesitate to book in David for a service and I look forward to our next 6 month visit.
