Mahen was really good. I strongly suggest to anyone who has got smelly aircodntion or that haven't been cleaned for a few years properly. Never experienced this but it's well worth it. 1) Mahen takes front casing properly from AC unit then give it Proper clean 2) Mahen takes off all electrical codes attached to coil for coil cleaning 3) Mahen takes off drain level stuff that attached to coil for coil cleaning 4) Mahen cleans all coils and internal fan with safe but strong chemical spray and leave it for a while 5) Mahen uses pressure cleaner to clean coil & fan properly -> here you can see bunch of mold and dust & black bits coming out a lot. 6) Finish with some sort of sanitising agents on coils and casing 7) give some general clean to outer unit Over all.. I paid $189 for premium clean & medium sized unit, but it's totally worth it. You may say you can clean properly with youtube etc yourself... but level of experties that he offers to clean AC unit is at another level. I was even worried, would he breaking my AC unit when he detach all lines from coil within AC unit, but it works very well after he left too. Really impressed with work he did, I really strongly suggest if your air condition is smelly and some sort of black things appear on coil. Thanks Mahen!

Blown away with how thorough Simon was when servicing and cleaning our split system AC's. I was having really bad allergies from using the AC at night time over the past few weeks (had to stop using it altogether) from potential mould or something else in the system (even though the system had been serviced by another company only a few months ago!). Simon pulled the split system apart and deep cleaned all areas of the split system. The split system feels like brand new and have been using with no issues from allergies anymore. Thank you!
